Job Description: Join our Creative Marketing team as a Photography Automation Specialist and help bring products to life through consistent, high-quality digital imagery. In this role, you'll operate photography automation equipment, style merchandise, manage digital image assets, and support AI-enhanced imaging workflows. You'll also coordinate day-to-day production priorities to keep work moving efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain the quality standards that support our brands and customer experience.
The Photography Automation Specialist is responsible for creating accurate, brand-aligned product imagery in a high-volume studio environment. This role combines hands-on photography automation, product styling, image review, digital asset management, and workflow coordination. You'll work closely with studio and creative partners to resolve production issues, maintain organized assets, and support efficient execution. In addition, you'll: • Operate photography automation equipment and adjust settings to capture consistent, high-quality product imagery that meets brand and creative standards. • Style, prepare, and present merchandise while reviewing images throughout production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal. • Manage digital image assets, including file naming, organization, uploading, storage, and workflow tracking. • Use AI-enabled imaging tools and image-editing software to support image enhancement and production workflows. • Provide day-to-day leadership for assigned team members by coordinating workflow priorities, monitoring production progress, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring schedules, assignments, and deadlines are met. • Maintain production documentation and support post-production, image management, and other studio functions while promoting a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should bring hands-on experience in photography, studio production, digital imaging, graphic design, or a related visual-content environment. We're looking for someone who combines strong visual judgment and technical aptitude with excellent organization, problem solving, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-focused setting. In addition, we are looking for: • 1-2 years of photography, studio production, digital imaging, graphic design, or related visual-content experience. • Experience with image-editing, AI-enabled imaging, digital asset management, or related production workflow tools. • Working knowledge of photography automation systems, cameras, lighting, digital capture, and tethering equipment. • Strong product styling and visual presentation skills, with a high level of attention to image quality, consistency, and accuracy. • Prior experience guiding or supporting the work of others in a production, studio, creative, or workflow-driven environment. • Strong digital file organization and asset-management skills. • The ability to troubleshoot routine workflow or product-readiness issues and make sound production decisions within established guidelines. • The ability to organize multiple priorities, coordinate workflow needs, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. • A flexible, solution-oriented approach and willingness to support other studio functions as production needs change.
