Remote Recruitment is hiring a Renewals Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning a portfolio of customer renewals.
Role overview
You will manage renewals from notice to close, keeping customers engaged and contracts on track.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer renewals from notice to close Proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate retention efforts Process renewal contracts and update CRM records Report on renewal rates and forecasts Liaise with sales and customer success on upsell opportunities What you will need
Experience managing renewals or subscription contracts Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Comfortable with outbound customer calls and emails Strong negotiation and follow-up skills Comfortable working UK business hours Nice to have
Experience in a SaaS or subscription business Familiarity with billing platforms Experience with retention or win-back campaigns What is on offer
