Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own the top of the sales pipeline, finding and qualifying new B2B leads.
Role overview
You will research target companies, find the right decision-makers and run outbound campaigns that start real conversations. Qualified leads go to the sales team, so the quality of your research directly shapes their week. You will have clear targets and the tools to hit them. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.
You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

1 to 2 years in B2B lead generation, SDR or outbound prospectingExperience with LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExperience with a CRM such as HubSpot or SalesforceEvidence of hitting lead or meeting targetsStrong written English for cold outreachNice to have
