Salary: R36 000 – R40 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Executive Admin Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You'll support a senior leader directly, managing their diary, inbox and travel so they can focus on the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities

Manage a busy executive diary and resolve scheduling conflictsTriage and manage the executive's inboxCoordinate travel bookings and detailed itinerariesPrepare board packs, agendas and minutes for key meetingsHandle confidential information with discretionWhat you'll need

Experience supporting senior leaders or executivesExperience with diary and inbox management at a senior levelStrong minute-taking and written communication skillsReliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours workSound judgement and discretion with confidential informationNice to have

Experience supporting a board or C-suite executiveFamiliarity with UK travel booking platformsPrior remote executive assistant experienceWhat's on offer

A permanent, fully remote role with a UK employer, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), working closely with senior leadership.
