Remote Recruitment is hiring an Email Marketing Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own a UK brand’s email calendar — campaigns built, tested and scheduled, lists kept clean and results reported back.
A good fit if you like the mix of writing, building and measuring, and want to grow a marketing career with a UK business from home in South Africa.
Key responsibilities
Build and schedule email campaigns and newslettersDraft and proofread subject lines and body copyMaintain subscriber lists, segments and suppressionsRun A/B tests and report on opens, clicks and conversionsKeep the email calendar organised and on scheduleSupport landing page and form setup for campaignsWhat you'll need
Experience with an email platform such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign or HubSpotConfident written English with a clean, readable styleComfortable reading campaign metrics and reporting on themWell organised and able to hold a content calendarA reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to workNice to have
Familiarity with basic HTML for email templatesExperience with Canva or similar for campaign visualsExposure to automation flows or customer journeysWhat's on offer
