Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the first 30 days of a UK company’s new customers — setup done right, expectations set, and nobody left wondering what happens next.

Key responsibilities
Run welcome and setup calls with new customersGuide customers through account configuration and first useTrack onboarding progress and chase outstanding stepsPrepare onboarding documentation and short how-to guidesHand completed accounts to the support or success teamGather feedback and flag common sticking pointsWhat you'll need
Experience in onboarding, customer success, training or account supportConfident running video calls and explaining things simplyExperience with a CRM or customer platformStrong written and spoken English and a well-organised approachA reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to workNice to have
Experience onboarding customers onto a SaaS productFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom or NotionExperience building templates or onboarding checklistsWhat's on offer
