You will manage and grow an online community, keeping conversations active and on-brand across social channels.

Experience managing an online community or social media audience Experience with social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar) Strong written communication and tone-of-voice skills Comfortable moderating conversations professionally Comfortable working UK business hours Nice to have
Experience with Discord, Slack, or forum communities Basic content creation skills (Canva or similar) Experience running engagement campaigns What is on offer
