We Want to Talk. This isn't a general diesel or heavy-equipment mechanic opening. We're specifically looking for an experienced technician who already knows electric forklifts and battery-powered material handling equipment — and we're starting at $35/hour+ for that expertise. You know the difference between replacing a component and actually diagnosing the failure. You're comfortable working through electrical schematics, controllers, contactors, sensors, wiring, motors, industrial batteries, charging systems, and intermittent electrical faults. And you're experienced enough to work independently at customer locations, make sound diagnostic decisions, communicate clearly with customers, and get equipment safely back into operation. Electric forklift experience is required. Diesel, automotive, or general heavy-equipment experience alone will not substitute for the hands-on electric material handling experience required for this position.
