In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing activities related to the Account Payable function. Posting and paying supplier invoices, and employee expense reports Running supplier statement reconciliations Processing bank transaction postings Daily bank reconciliations Ensuring the relevant managers authorise invoices Processing ad-hoc payments (e.g. staff loans, payroll, tax, donations, etc.) within deadlines Actively taking part in the month-end process Ensuring compliance with the procedures and guidelines given by the Senior Accounts Payable Accountant and responding to ad hoc requests from the business Manage all information in a confidential manner
