Engagement Details: Employment type: Temporary contract Contract Duration: 6 months Work Schedule: Full-Time, Start ASAP Work Location: USA Remote Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented specialist with deep expertise in OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated content management solutions to support HR business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, consulting experience, and a strategic mindset to align technology with HR operational needs. Design and implement integrations between OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data and content flow. Configure and customize Extended ECM solutions to support document management, records management, archiving, and HR workflows. Optimize SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning by linking them with ECM content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map metadata and ensure consistency between HR data and content repositories. Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and EEOC through robust content retention and security strategies. Troubleshoot technical issues, develop tailored integration solutions, and deliver enhancements based on user feedback. Lead or support implementation projects using SAP Activate, Agile, or similar methodologies. Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and provide training and support to HR and IT stakeholders. Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical audiences, emphasizing HR and business impact.
