Role: Children's Residential Support Worker Location: Warrington Contract: full time, permanent Hours: two days and sleep nights on, four days off (rolling rota) Pay: £33,682 to £34,305 per annum, depending on qualifications held* At Esland, we provide specialist trauma-informed care for children and young people aged 8 to 18 who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma. We are currently seeking a full-time Children's Support Worker to join our highly valued team at our solo home in Warrington. You'll be part of a small, close-knit and supportive team. Your duties will include: Supporting your young person with emotional regulation, daily routines, and personal development Keeping detailed records and promote safeguarding at all times Supporting your young person with fun activities, their personal interests, education access and engagement and household responsibilities
