About the role: Reporting to the Compliance & Operations Manager and working closely with the Operations Specialist, you'll provide dedicated Business Enablement support across CFC Australia's operational functions. Through reporting, system and process testing, issue resolution and workflow improvement, you'll help strengthen operational effectiveness and support Australian growth and strategic initiatives. Producing accurate operational reporting and data analysis, including binder-related reporting Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and other testing for new systems, enhancements and process changes Analysing and supporting the resolution of system, process and operational issues Supporting new systems and processes that enable revenue growth and strategic initiatives Mapping, documenting and improving operational workflows and procedures Identifying opportunities for system enhancement, automation and control improvements Supporting data integrity and operational initiatives across Compliance, Claims and other business areas Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to support change and continuous improvement General administration and office duties as required
