About this role
We are currently seeking a Student Accommodation Administrator who will work alongside the Student Accommodation team and help support the wider Estates team in providing a friendly and professional support service for students living in University Accommodation You will be organised and customer-focused and will provide effective administrative support to the Student Accommodation team. The role will involve responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records and administrative systems, arranging meetings and taking minutes, and handling more complex queries appropriately. You will also support the promotion of Student Housing Accommodation Services and accommodation opportunities at Open Days, Applicant Visit Days and other events, while ensuring compliance with the University's Data Protection Policy.
