About this role
1、負責新設備評估、導入、安裝與量產驗證（試產/量產），確保設備穩定運行 2、執行設備日常維護與故障排除，進行異常分析與改善，降低停機時間 3、使用 Arduino、PLC 進行自動化控制系統操作 4、依需求進行治具與設備設計，使用 CAD 繪製圖面並與加工單位協作製作 5、導入 MSA、GR&R 分析方法，提升量測系統準確性與製程品質 6、跨部門協作（製造／品保／研發），提供設備技術支援與教育訓練 7、撰寫設備操作、維護SOP與相關技術文件
