This role will own CMOS and MEMS validation, customer debug, and high-volume production support throughout the product lifecycle. 【Responsibilities】 - Lead sensor development including validation, failure analysis, and test development. - Own CMOS and MEMS system validation across the EVT, DVT, and PVT phases. - Characterize IMU performance, including: o Offset o Sensitivity o Noise o Drift o Temperature performance - Drive CMOS debug activities covering ADCs, signal chains, and calibration blocks. - Lead customer debug, RMA investigations, and field-failure root-cause analysis. -Develop test strategies for: o Wafer sort o Final test o Quality assurance o Product characterization - Lead cross-functional collaboration with CMOS, MEMS, packaging, and test engineering teams. - Manage project schedules, technical risks, and supplier interactions. -Support datasheet development and ensure compliance with product specifications. 【Required Qualification】 - Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; alternatively, 3+ years of relevant industry experience. - Strong data and statistical analysis skills using Python. - Experience with MEMS sensor test flows, including final test, qualification test, validation, and characterization. - Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production flows. -Strong English communication and presentation skills. 【Preferred Qualifications】 •Basic knowledge of MEMS technologies and sensor principles. •Experience with CMOS mixed-signal systems and signal chains. •Hands-on experience debugging with laboratory equipment, such as: o Oscilloscopes o Source-measure units (SMUs) o Spectrum analyzers •Experience with IMU sensor design, foundry processes, or product validation flows. •Experience handling customer RMAs and performing system-level debug
