1.負責建立和維護準確的標準成本資訊流程。 2.負責維護永續盤存系統，參與月末結算和預算編制流程。 3.協助財務總監處理日常營運和報告工作。 4.此職位將負責開發/維護有效的成本會計系統，以降低成本並提高整體獲利能力。Overview/Job Summery -Responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process of standard cost information. -In charge of maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process. -Assisting Finance Director with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements. -This position will be responsible for developing/maintaining an effective cost accounting system to reduce cost and improve overall profitability. Job Description -Analyze manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization. -Develop and maintain cost pool and cost allocation process by excel and Oracle. -Maintain standard cost of materials and OH rate by manufacturing stages. -Responsible for monthly end closing, in accordance with cooperate schedule, analyze manufacturing variance including purchase price variance (PPV), yield variance, absorption variance and manufacturing overhead. -Participate in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process by providing/analyze PPV, Yield variance, OH variance and forecast inventory, etc. -Analyze manufacturing processes and in coordination with Production departments to provide improvement recommendations. -Overseeing monthly cycle counts and annual physical count. -Support the quarterly and annual audit processes / activities. -Any other duties as assigned.
