Sustainability | OMVPetrom.com Your tasks Support the team in administering Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recognition, and Compensation processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution; Provide day ‑ to ‑ day operational assistance by handling inquiries from employees, managers, colleagues from People Services and P&C by offering clear guidance on processes, systems, and policies; Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems used for performance, talent, and compensation, ensuring data integrity, resolving issues, and support required system improvements; Support succession planning activities by preparing data, updating talent profiles and ensuring accurate documentation; Assist in administering recognition programs by ensuring compliance with internal regulations; Prepare and deliver operational reports and analytics that support the Talent & Performance team’s decision ‑ making; Support the annual compensation cycle by assisting with merit, variable pay, and other performance ‑ related reward processes, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes; Maintain compensation documentation and process records, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and aligned with policy requirements; Collaborate with Payroll, Performance & Recognition teams, to support smooth execution of compensation outcomes and ensure process consistency. Your profile Bachelor’s degree: HR, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field; Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years; Previous experience in HR operations; talent management, performance management, or compensation support is an advantage; Strong data accuracy and analytical skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with high confidentiality; Experience in working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or similar talent /performance /compensation modules); Very good organizational abilities, able to handle multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously; Good communication and customer service orientation, ability to collaborate effectively; Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, and documentation; Detail oriented, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency in all activities. Continuous improvement mindset, able contribute to optimization and automation initiatives. Fluency in English; additional languages (German) is a plus.
