You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Drive the successful opening and ongoing performance of Sephora stores across the region, ensuring consistent brand standards, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience. Set ambitious sales and profitability targets for each store, monitor performance and implement actions to achieve sustainable growth. Manage regional budgets, workforce planning, and operating costs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Translate company strategy into business plans, identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent execution across all stores in the area. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers through clear objectives, regular performance reviews, succession planning, and targeted development actions that build strong and engaged store teams. Advanced written and spoken English. Valid driving licence and availability to drive regularly between store locations across the region. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop others. Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills. Commercial acumen and understanding of key retail KPIs. Strong customer focus and ability to drive excellent service standards.
