Reporting Line: A&F Service Delivery Director Role Type: Permanent Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila Asset Accounting Manager JTI GBS Manila is looking for an experienced Asset Accounting Manager to lead our Asset Accounting team responsible for delivering end-to-end fixed asset accounting services across more than 40 business entities globally. This role oversees the full asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, reporting, reconciliations, compliance controls, and stakeholder management. You will lead a team of 12-15 professionals, drive service excellence, ensure compliance with JSOX and internal controls, support continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to maintain standardized and IFRS-compliant processes. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance operations within a multinational environment Strong SAP Asset Accounting (AA) expertise People leadership experience managing medium-sized teams Experience in shared services environments is preferred Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project management skills What to Expect At JTI GBS, we prioritize your well‑being with comprehensive wellness initiatives, hybrid and flexible work setups, and benefits like daily meals and shuttle services.
