Job summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Nurse for Urgent Primary Care to provide leadership, operational management, and clinical governance across Urgent Primary Care services within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. Based at Ty Elai in Williamstown, with responsibility for Urgent Primary Care services across CTM. The successful candidate will drive service improvement, workforce leadership, quality assurance, clinical governance, and resource management, ensuring services meet national standards and organisational objectives. Working closely with multidisciplinary , local authority and third sector colleagues they will promote innovation, support staff development, oversee audits and investigations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Value Based Healthcare.
