Main duties of the job Are you an experienced care professional ready for your next step? We are looking for a Night Care Team Leader to join the Agincare family at Bluegrove care home. In this role, you will provide leadership, compassion, and experience to help shape a safe, happy, and supportive home for our residents and the team. We offer a salary of £14.36 per hour, a refer a friend scheme worth up to £1000, ongoing career development with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, and a Blue Light discount package. You will need a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, at least 2 years experience in social care, and QCF Level 2 or above. Your responsibilities include leading by example, providing high-quality care and companionship, supporting residents with personal care and daily living, encouraging independence and wellbeing, planning and participating in meaningful activities and outings, overseeing medication administration and accurate record-keeping, working closely with families and healthcare professionals, and supporting and guiding the care team.
