Main duties of the job We are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator on a permanent basis working in Woking. This role will initially be fully office based and easily accessible via car or public transport with free parking. Working closely with clinical and operational colleagues you will receive training on our systems and processes. You will be a key part of our Single Point of Access (SPA), providing a professional and caring service to families, carers and professionals contacting us by phone, email and post. Full training will be provided for the position. The service operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities of the role include providing an excellent experience for everyone contacting our Service. You will respond to telephone calls, emails and letters from GPs, service users, carers and partner organisations, ensuring they receive a helpful, timely and professional response. Your role will also include a range of wider administrative and organisational tasks. These will include data cleansing, booking and rescheduling appointments, issuing correspondence, maintaining and updating databases and clinic templates, handling incoming and outgoing post, ordering stock, and distributing information.
