Ventia is currently seeking experienced Crane Operator / Truck Drivers to join our Barrow Island team. We have 4 vacancies available for safety-focused operators with demonstrated experience operating Rough Terrain Cranes and heavy vehicles in a resource sector environment. Working across day and night shifts as required, you'll play a key role supporting site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and professionalism. What's on Offer?

• Current CO (Open Crane) High Risk Work Licence • Current Advanced Rigging (RA) High Risk Work Licence • Demonstrated experience operating Rough Terrain Cranes • Current HC Driver's Licence (minimum) • MC Driver's Licence highly regarded • Proven commitment to safe work practices • Ability to work day and night shifts as required • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical and site requirements About the Role
• Operate Rough Terrain Cranes up to 130T capacity • Undertake truck driving duties supporting site logistics and operations • Perform lifting activities in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements • Work closely with operations personnel to support maintenance and operational activities • Contribute to a positive safety culture and team environment
