Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, supporting administrative tasks, and helping maintain an organized front office environment. Responsibilities • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. • Answer and route incoming phone calls and voicemails. • Manage the visitor check-in process. • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. • Keep the reception area clean and professional. • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks. • Schedule appointments and meeting rooms as needed. • Provide general information to visitors and callers. • Follow company security and visitor procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Organized with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus. Work EnvironmentThis position requires working on-site from Monday to Friday during daytime hours. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oak Ridge, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
