Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing full-cycle onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions to ensure compliance and efficiency within our dynamic work environment. Responsibilities • Coordinate and support full-cycle onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup. • Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll support for hourly employees. • Provide support with California meal and rest break compliance, wage and hour regulations, and labor law postings. • Assist with workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work coordination in HRIS System, and injury documentation. • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. • Translate HR communications and assist with employee interactions for Spanish-speaking employees. • Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation as needed. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information. • Support ITAR compliance requirements, including proper documentation and employment eligibility verification. • Coordinate employee training, safety programs, and compliance documentation. • Assist with audits and reporting related to HR compliance and regulatory requirements. • Run daily and weekly reports as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). • 2+ years of HR administrative or HR coordinator experience. • Knowledge of California labor laws and wage and hour regulations. • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll support, and timekeeping systems. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred. Work EnvironmentThis position is situated within a manufacturing or aerospace production environment, requiring interaction with production employees, supervisors, and management. The role involves walking and supporting the production floor while adhering to safety protocols. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynwood, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
