DescriptionOur healthcare customer is seeking a Communication Specialist who will support enterprise-wide communications efforts focused on organizational change, business transformation initiatives, and M&A integration activities. This individual will work closely with Communications and Change Management leadership to develop and execute strategic communications that help employees understand organizational changes, key milestones, business impacts, and company priorities.This role will serve as a key communications partner across multiple projects, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned to business objectives. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
