IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR WAREHOUSE WORKER - 2ND SHIFT - $19/HOUR Job DescriptionA distribution company specializing in automotive parts is seeking a long-term shipping clerk and warehouse worker for the 2nd shift. This role includes receiving and restocking inventory, dispatch, overstock management, and supporting warehouse supervisors.Responsibilities
• Receive and restock inventory. • Dispatch and manage overstock. • Load and unload materials from trucks. • Break down boxes and package items for shipment. • Use order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders. • Assist warehouse supervisors as needed. • Package items for shipment. • Pick orders utilizing stairs to reach materials for the automotive industry. Essential Skills
• General labor experience in a warehouse setting. • Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks. • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds. • Comfortable utilizing rolling safety ladders. • Ability to speak, read, and write English. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Self-motivated and able to work individually in a fast-paced environment. • Capability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. • Occasional requirement to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
