As an Accounting Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Oversight of a team of individuals who ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP and applicable accounting policies. • Perform detailed reconciliations reviews for balance sheet accounts monthly • Responsible for ensuring the monthly close process is executed timely and all balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately. • Ensure capital expenditure reporting is accurate and distributed timely • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement close reporting including preparation of footnotes with proper support • Management of process improvement initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners • Assist with system design and implementations when appropriate • Other projects as assigned
