Mezzino (Ireland) Limited T/A The Artisan at 124 Parnell St, Rotunda, Dublin, D01 F3C4 is seeking 1 Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor Main duties include; - maintaining the building, contractors and systems onsite to a high standard. - ensuring the building complies with all Health & Safety regulations and requirements. - supervises and manages maintenance activities across the premises. - ensuring accommodation standards are upheld for both student and hotel guests during seasonal operations. - co-ordinates and oversees contractors and maintenance work. - plans and manages general upkeep including repairs, inspections and compliance checks. Contract type: 24 Months full-time 39 hours per week / Salary €36,605 annually
