As Director of Workforce and Culture, you will take on one of the most influential leadership roles within Manx Care, providing strategic direction across workforce planning, organisational development, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, and engagement. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board, Executive Leadership Team and clinical leaders, you will help ensure the organisation has the capability, capacity and culture needed to deliver safe, effective and compassionate healthcare services for the Isle of Man community.

You will use workforce intelligence, data and innovation to drive informed decision-making, champion inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures, and oversee strategies that support organisational performance and long-term sustainability. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Chartered MCIPD or FCIPD qualifications. Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
