Job summary The Community Mental Health Service for Adults is looking for a Registered General Nurse to join the team!
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse who can work independently, demonstrate excellent clinical judgement and bring a broad range of professional skills to a rewarding and varied role. You'll play a key part in championing physical healthcare for individuals living with complex mental and physical health needs.
Main duties of the job Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll provide specialist advice and guidance on physical health issues, support clinical colleagues in identifying appropriate treatments and promote best practice in line with NICE guidance and local policies. You'll also have the opportunity to educate and support patients, families, carers and staff, helping to improve physical health outcomes across mental health services.
