Job summary Could you lead and develop a specialist physiotherapy service while delivering advanced care for patients with complex conditions?
As Physiotherapy Out-Patient Team Lead, you'll lead a dedicated team across Musculoskeletal Outpatients, including selfreferral services, First Contact Physiotherapists, Rheumatology and Women's Health.
Main duties of the job Alongside managing the daytoday operation of the service, you'll provide expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with highly complex musculoskeletal conditions.
You'll combine advanced clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, supporting and developing physiotherapists, support staff and students while helping to shape the future direction of the service. The role also includes leading service improvement initiatives, driving evidencebased practice and working closely with colleagues across healthcare settings to enhance patient pathways and outcomes.

Qualifications Essential
Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy HCPC registration Hold or working towards a relevant accredited qualification at masters level, or equivalent experience working across the 4 pillars of advanced practice Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Injection Therapy Qualification in Upper and Lower Limb
