Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN) in the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND (NETC) SITE EAST, of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizes knowledge, skills and ability to manage IT Project Management, including requirements coordination, planning, scheduling, risk management, and change management in accordance with organization and command-level standards and policies; 2) Leads, supervises, and develops personnel performing IT project management, asset management, logistics, inventory, and customer support functions; 3) Manages and oversees IT resources, asset lifecycle, property accountability, inventory, logistics, and equipment disposition IAW Federal, DoD, DoN policy and command-level standards; and 4. Coordinates technical, cybersecurity, operational, and resource requirements across IT projects and services to ensure compliance. Major DutiesYou will serve as the principal IT project point of contact for incoming NETC Electronic Classroom and training delivery requirements.You will manage IT Service Management, change management, process improvement, internal controls, and management reporting IAW Federal, DoD, and DON policy.You will provide recurring and special project reports, briefing, and recommendations to the IT Director and other stakeholders.You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, establishes and adjusts short-term priorities, prepares schedules for completion of work,And assigns work based on mission priorities, employee capabilities, assignment difficulty, workload and operational requirements.
