Position: Head of Compliance
Salary: £94,871
Location: 4040 Lakeside, Birmingham Business Park, B37 7YN (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the organisation's competent person and subject matter expert for landlord compliance and safety of the home obligations.Management of statutory and regulatory compliance risks.Delivery of compliance investment and servicing programmes exceeding £30m annually.Regulatory engagement and organisational assurance. Qualifications and experience:
A degree level or equivalent qualification in a recognised discipline in the built environmentCIOB level 6 in building safety (or equivalent)Extensive knowledge of applicable compliance and building safety legislation, guidance and standards and competencies including PAS 8673:2022Knowledge of the ongoing management of safety in the built environment, with knowledge of the application of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015Full UK driving license
