We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry.

Position: Cleaning Technician
Salary: £25,893
Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ
Basis: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday 5 working days over 7
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards. Duties include:
Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housingCarrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillagesUsing a range of cleaning methods and equipmentRemoving litter, refuse, and small-scale graffitiCompleting daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checksReporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issuesWorking independently and as part of a team Qualifications and experience:
You’ll have:
Previous cleaning experienceA good understanding of basic health & safetyA reliable, professional approachThe ability to meet set standards and deadlinesA full driving licence and ability to drive a small company van (manual) Manager’s Quote:
