Responsibilities <span>Trina Storage is looking for a <strong>LAC–HQ Coordination & Operations Specialist</strong> to support our regional Fulfilment & Service organization across Latin America and the Caribbean.<br>This role will help strengthen coordination between our <strong>LAC teams and HQ</strong>, ensuring that requests are clearly understood, actions have clear owners and deadlines, and key topics are actively followed up through to resolution.<br>You will work closely with regional managers and HQ teams across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning, Product and other support functions.<br>We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and persistent professional who is comfortable working across cultures, languages and time zones, and who can turn complex or pending topics into clear actions and follow-up.<br></span><h2><br></h2><h2><span style="font-size:18px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li>Coordinate communication and action flows between LAC teams and HQ across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning and related functions.</li><li>Understand HQ processes, working styles, approval paths and decision-making dynamics, helping LAC teams navigate them effectively.</li><li>Proactively follow up on open issues, pending decisions, approvals, escalations and blocked actions, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines and next steps.</li><li>Drive actions through to closure and escalate delays or blockers when required.</li><li>Translate business and operational needs between LAC and HQ, ensuring requests are clearly understood and actionable.</li><li>Identify missing information, unclear responsibilities, delayed responses and process bottlenecks before they impact project execution.</li><li>Consolidate inputs from different LAC teams into clear action trackers, status reports and management updates.</li><li>Maintain visibility of key commitments, milestones, pending actions and escalation items across the regional organization.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with HQ stakeholders and become a reliable point of contact for LAC-related matters.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li><span>University or technical degree in <strong>Business Administration, International Business, Operations, Project Management, Communications, Translation or a related field</strong>.</span></li><li>Experience working with <strong>Chinese companies, Chinese HQ teams or multinational organizations</strong> is highly valued.</li><li>Experience in <strong>energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, construction or other project-based industries</strong> is a plus.</li><li><strong>Fluent Spanish and Mandarin Chinese</strong>, both written and spoken.</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally in Chinese with HQ teams through emails, meetings and written follow-up.</li><li><strong>Intermediate to advanced English</strong> preferred.</li><li>Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Ability to quickly understand operational and project-related context and translate it into clear actions.</li><li>Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential business information.</li></ul>
