About the job Lead and manage a team of manufacturing operators in the day-to-day operations 5% Work closely with process & equipment engineers to improve equipment’s available time and efficiency, do troubleshooting and perform routine check and shift duties to ensure production goals 100% meet 15% Schedule manpower/equipment allocation for maximum throughput, minimum equipment idle time, and finally meet 100% on-time delivery by order 10% Timely resolve issues, deal with emergencies, 6S implementation 10% Understand equipments’ capacity and constrain, manage Bottleneck tools and key products moving 20% Organize and coach training and certification, ensure operators get enough training and skills 20% Participate in and monitor performance evaluation, cost reduction activities, and yield improvement project 15% Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and do actions if needed for those violators 5%
