Product Marketer - Talent & Skills Intelligence Platform | Hybrid - Princeton, NJ | Open to local NJ-based candidates only Role Type: Full-time employee Location: Hybrid — onsite in Princeton, NJ, with flexibility to work from home two days a week We're building an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform that turns real evidence of capability into learning, career paths, and workforce decisions. We're early, moving fast, and already in front of real customers. This is a founding marketing hire: we're looking for someone to work directly with the founder and own how the company shows up in the market. This is for someone who has done this before: worked in early-stage startups, taken a product from zero to its first customers, and knows what a launch takes when nothing exists yet. No playbook, no brand recognition, no queue of leads. What you'll do: Own product launches end to end: define the story with the founder, build the plan, create the assets, run the moment, measure what landed Turn the company narrative into market-facing material: website copy, decks, one-pagers, campaigns, and product messaging that stays consistent everywhere the product shows up Own the self-serve funnel: sign-up flow, onboarding communication, in-product messaging, and the conversion path from first touch to active use Run market review as a discipline: track the category, watch competitors, listen to customers and analysts, and turn what you learn into a regular written read for leadership Identify and develop partnership and channel opportunities that extend our reach, and run a regular channel review of what's working Operationalize marketing: build the calendar, cadences, tools, and metrics so marketing runs as a repeatable system with a clear read on what each program returns Build deep fluency in the skills, learning, and talent domain, enough to write and speak about it with credibility
