Management & Business Administration Trainer | Onsite, Dubai | Open to local candidates only Are you passionate about building management and business talent through hands-on, real-world training? We're looking for a Management Trainer to join our team onsite in Dubai, supporting a large-scale training program for one of Infopro Learning's top clients in the region. Additional Information As part of this engagement, you will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements. What You'll Do Design and deliver structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources aligned with approved curricula and programme outcomes, across face-to-face, online, and blended formats. Deliver Management, Business Administration, Workplace Skills, and Professional Development training, using workplace examples, case studies, and hands-on activities to reinforce learning. Apply differentiated instruction, adapting pacing, task complexity, and support to meet the needs of learners at different levels within the same group. Customise materials and activities to learner level, occupational requirements, and the transition from classroom to workplace-based training. Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely, constructive feedback. Prepare learner performance reports and maintain accurate records to support programme reviews, audits, and accreditation.
