*Job Overview*
Do you like working with cars? Not afraid to get a little dirty? Krown Rust Control in Port Elgin is seeking a spray technician for full-time seasonal work from July to December, Monday- Friday, 8 AM ? 5 PM. Full training provided to learn how to prep, spray, and clean every type of vehicle with Krown Rust Control. Come join our team, work hard, and have fun!
Requirements:
* Full G level license * Able to drive manual vehicles * High school diploma * Own pair of steel-toed boots
The ideal candidates will possess:
* Ability to work independently and also part of a team. * Good attention to detail and cleanliness. * Ability to perform in stressful situations to meet deadlines. * High punctuality. * Some knowledge of tools and operating equipment (ex. Hoist). * Ability to follow instructions and be flexible at times. * Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Follow all safety and shop policies and procedures. * Always be on time for scheduled work shift. * Oversee the Krown Rust Control service of a vehicle from start to finish. * Follow all spray sheet guidelines for each specific vehicle. * Communicate any questions or concerns to General Manager. * Ensure each vehicle is clean (inside and out) at the end of a service. * Complete WHMIS (once hired).
