*Indian Chef ? Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Indian Chef* to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Indian cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and solid experience in kitchen operations. Experience in *South Indian cuisine* will be considered an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Prepare authentic Indian dishes including *Tandoor, Indo-Chinese, and Indian curries* (North & South Indian styles) * Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in *Indian Tandoor cooking* * Prepare *Roomali Roti, kebabs, tikkas, and a variety of Indian breads* * Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation * Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining consistency in quality and taste * Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff * Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies * Maintain strict compliance with *health, hygiene, and food safety standards* * Collaborate with management for *events, promotions, and catering menus*
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Proven experience as an *Indian Chef* or similar role * Minimum *3- 5 years of hands-on Experience in Indian Cuisine * * Strong expertise in *Tandoor, Roomali Roti, kebabs, tikkas, and Indian breads* * In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work efficiently in a *fast-paced kitchen environment* * Culinary certification or degree (preferred, not mandatory)

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
