*Duties*
* Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces * Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement * cleaning guest rooms and public areas * Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels at all times * Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of industrial cleaning chemicals and custodial equipment * Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively * Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy trends and operational needs
*Skills*
* Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, safety procedures, and use of custodial equipment * Excellent communication skills for training staff, coordinating with other departments, and interacting with guests * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail * Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a hospitality setting

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
