*Duties*
* Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity * Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory control, and merchandising standards * Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones * Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets * Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards
*Qualifications*
* Proven supervising experience and restaurant related fields with strong leadership skills * Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases * Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, and team management * Experience with cash handling procedures and cashiering operations * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to conduct interviews confidently; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
