We are looking for a motivated *Assistant Restaurant Manager* to join our team and help oversee daily operations.
*Job Responsibilities*
? Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions. ? Ensure outstanding customer service by training and supporting staff. ? Supervise, schedule, and manage restaurant employees to maintain efficiency and morale. ? Monitor inventory, food quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations. ? Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members. ? Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally. ? Support in achieving financial goals, including cost control, labor management, and sales targets. ? Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
*Qualifications & Skills*
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service best practices. Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
