We are looking for a great person to join our Luisa Risto Team! If you love food and people this might be the position for you!
This is a part time position that involves varying evening & weekend shift. The restaurant is located in St Albert?s downtown core.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Assist guests with their orders * Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages * Discuss menu options * Deliver food & beverage to guests * Manage the needs and orders of multiple tables * Resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner * Clean tables and prepare for future guests * Take and process payments * Maintain excellent customer service and friendly attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. * Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow servers optimizing communication to ensure efficient operations * Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
* Proserve Required * Must be 18+ years of age * Previous service experience preferred * Ability to legally work in Canada without an LMO * Demonstrated excellent customer service skills * Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal * Demonstrated strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail * Position requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
