*Primary Duties/Responsibilities*
* Contribute to producing quality food products for off-site events, catering events * Having ownership and accountability for food preparation and production * Ensure consistency of product for all guests by way of portion control standards set by the Executive Chef * Maintain a positive attitude when working with the full kitchen team * Follow safe food handling techniques and ensure a clean and organized station
*Skills/Qualifications:*
* Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience in a similar and relevant role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of urgency * Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask and prioritize duties * Possesses strong organizational skills * Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow * Food Handler?s Certification (preferred but not required) * Diver?s license (preferred but not required)
