*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled *Physiotherapist* to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and long-term wellness. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments through physical examinations, functional testing, and medical history reviews. * Develop and implement *individualized treatment plans* tailored to each patient?s goals and needs. * Apply evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain. * Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle strategies to support recovery and long-term health. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, tracking progress and outcomes. * Collaborate with chiropractors, psychotherapists, TCM practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide *integrated, holistic care*. * Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation techniques, and clinical research.
*Experience*
* A *Degree in Physiotherapy* from an accredited institution (Master?s preferred). * Registered and in good standing with the *College of Physiotherapists of Ontario* (or equivalent regulatory body). * Clinical experience in orthopedics, sports injuries, chronic pain, or rehabilitation is highly valued. * Familiarity with *MVA patients and WSIB cases* is an asset. * Experience with *dispensing products* is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centered approach.
