In this vital role, you will provide compassionate mental health support, conduct thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
*Responsibilities*
* Deliver evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on pediatrics and special education requirements * Manage case loads efficiently by developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and relevant medical terminology in compliance with privacy standards * Support families and caregivers through education and guidance on mental health strategies and resources * Participate in ongoing research initiatives to enhance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes
*Qualifications*
* Valid registration as a Clinical Counsellor with relevant licensing bodies or regulatory authorities * Skilled in case management, data collection, and documentation within clinical settings * Excellent communication skills to effectively engage patients, families, and healthcare teams
