QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Is flexible and responds in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines. 2. Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency. 3. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 4. Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions; continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned. 5. Designs solutions that address the complex, sensitive, and multi-faceted issues, thereby maximizing organizational impact. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience processing, analyzing, and technically exploiting complex datasets and digital materials from multiple sources, including forensic or technical analysis of digital media, devices, hardware, software, and related materials. 2. Experience identifying patterns, relationships, and connections across disparate data or intelligence sources, including the use of automation, data visualization, statistical methods, or machine learning to improve analysis and mission outcomes. 3. Knowledge of cyberspace intelligence processes and experience supporting cyberspace operations and Combatant Command intelligence requirements, including collaboration with mission partners across organizations.
