You empower your team, break operational silos, and continuously optimize our internal production and repair processes. Your Responsibilities You provide day-to-day functional leadership, oversee technical integrity, and serve as the vital operational bridge between production and other departments: - Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and support the Production Team. Set daily priorities, manage workload distribution, and foster a collaborative environment to help team members grow. - Technical Oversight & Quality: Review and approve technical assessments, engineering drawings, and production documentation.
